การวิเคราะห์วาทกรรมจริยธรรมและพลวัตเชิงอำนาจในการสื่อสารผ่านปัญญาประดิษฐ์: กรณีศึกษา AI Chatbot บริการลูกค้า

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์วาทกรรมจริยธรรมและพลวัตเชิงอำนาจในการสื่อสารของ AI Chatbot ในภาคบริการลูกค้า ผ่านกรอบการวิเคราะห์วาทกรรมสามมิติของ Fairclough ข้อมูลที่ศึกษาประกอบด้วยบทสนทนาจำลอง 14 ชุด จากกรณีศึกษาองค์กรธุรกิจ 2 แห่ง ผลการวิเคราะห์พบวาทกรรมสำคัญ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) ความโปร่งใสแบบแฝงผ่านตัวตนเสมือนมนุษย์ 2) การแสดงความใส่ใจเชิงหน้าที่ ที่อาจส่งผลต่อความเชื่อมั่นของผู้ใช้ และ 3) โครงสร้างการสื่อสารที่จำกัดอำนาจการตัดสินใจของผู้ใช้ ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า กลไกการสื่อสารของ AI ถูกออกแบบเพื่อรักษาผลประโยชน์ทางธุรกิจมากกว่าการให้อิสระแก่ผู้ใช้ บทความนี้ช่วยขยายมุมมองด้านจริยธรรมการสื่อสารของ AI จากมิติการใช้งานสู่มิติเชิงอำนาจภายใต้บริบทของสังคมไทย
