Abstract
The purposes of this research were to develop and prove the Development Model for School Administration by using The Results Based Management Concept in Schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area office 4. The research procedure comprised of 4 steps; 1) set a conceptual framework for model development 2) studied the current situations and problems 3)developed model, and 4) proved and implementation. The research protocols are in-depth interview, content analysis, connoisseurship and focus group discussion. The statistics for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The researching results found that; 1. The model for school administration by using the results based management concept in schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area office 4. Concept consisted of 4 core factors are; (1.1) basic idea consisted of data based management, participative management, effectiveness, decentralization and accountability management. (1.2) building concept consisted of principle and idea, organization characteristics, development protocols, success goals and studied the current situations and problems. (1.3) management structure consisted of school administrators, school boards and supporting teams, and (1.4) the implementations consisted of the analytical in vision, mission and schools strategies for projects planning management. 2. The model approved result consisted of 4 core standards are; (2.1) utility standards. (2.2) feasibility standards. (2.3) propriety standards, and (2.4) accuracy standards.
