The Study on the Components in the Development of Virtual Learning Environment on the Internet Network Collaborated with the Flipped Classroom in Educational Innovation Course

Abstract
This research aimed to study: 1) the components of the virtual learning environment on the Internet network environment collaborated with the Flipped classroom in Educational Innovation Course, and 2) assess the model of the virtual learning environment on the Internet network collaborated with the flipped classroom in Educational Innovation Course. The target group included the experts from different universities, classified into 3 groups containing the groups of: 1) instruction management in educational technology, 2) curriculum and instruction, and 3) measurement and evaluation, totally 12 experts. The instrument was the questionnaires, and the statistics used were the mean and standard deviation. The research findings were that: 1. The components of the virtual learning environment on the Internet network collaborated with the flipped classroom in Educational Innovation Course included 4 components composing of: 1) the course contents and video clips, 2) learning management system (LMS), 3) the communication between learners and instructors, and 4) learning measurement. In terms of instructional activities with the virtual learning environment on the Internet network collaborated with the reversed classroom learning, they included 4 activities containing: 1) leading in lessons, 2) learning conditions, 3) learning exchanges, and 4) learning motivation. 2. The assessment findings following to the experts’ opinions towards the model of the virtual learning environment on the Internet network collaborated with the flipped classroom in Educational Innovation Course as a whole were in the most level, and the instructional activities using the virtual learning environment on the Internet network collaborated with the flipped classroom in Educational Innovation Course revealed in the most level.
