Transformational Leadership of Female Administrators Affects Management Academic Work in Basic Education Institutions, Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

This research aims to study 1) the level of transformational leadership of women administrators, 2) the level of the academic administration, 3) the relationship between the transformational leadership of female administrators and academic administration, and 4) the transformational leadership that affects the academic administration in basic educational institutions,Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples were teachers and other positions in schools which have female administrators. The number of tools used for data collection was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire with the confidence value.98. The statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and stepwise multiple regression.

The research results were found that:

1) The transformational leadership level of female administrators overall and in each aspect is at a high level. 2) The level of academic administration of female administrators overall and in each aspect is at a high level. 3) The relationship between transformational leadership and academic administration overall, a positive relationship statistically significant is at the.05 level(rxy=.172*). 4) The transformational leadership affects two aspects: individual consideration and inspiration. The change in the leadership related the academic administration 17% ,statistically level is significant at .01 The Predictive Equation could be constructed in Unstandardized Score, and Standardized Score by Stepwise technique as follows: The Predictive Equation in Unstandardized score: ŷ = 3.780 +.226(X4) +.959(X2) ,The Predictive Equation in Standardized score: Z¢  = .260(Z4) +1.102(Z2)
