Students Affairs Administration of The Vocational Education Institutions In Udonthani Province, under The Office of Vocational Education Commission

Abstract

            Thid Research aimed to study the administrative station of the student affairs department and to assess the services satisfaction of the students affairs department of education institutions of Udon Thani province. Office of vocational education commission. The sample group in this research was 9 government institutions under the vocational education in Udon Thani province. Key informant coedited of 18 school administrators and 45 teachers and students. The tool used to collect data ware two type: a questionnaire on the administration of the students affairs department and the satisfaction questionnaire of the teachers and students towards the students affairs department services. The statistics used for data analysis ware mean and standard deviation.

                The results of the study showed that the overall administration of student affairs department of the government education institutions under Udon Thani vocational education was the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the practice was in orders to be more or least in community academic service, followed by management efficiency of student affairs department, in each was of administrative, promotion of participation. Teachers and students of all disciplines and administration planning in department, restrictively and the satisfaction of the teachers towards the student affairs department service of the government education institutions under Udon Thani vocational education found that teachers and students were satisfied with the services of students affairs department in the picture. Overall, they were the highest level, when considering each aspect, they found they were satisfied with the services, ranked in following order. Government, followed by job and careers guidance and recruitment, special project and community service acuities, student welfare work, and teacher counseling work, respectively
