Abstract
The objectives of Evaluation of the Love Reading Project in Tessaban 1 School, Wat Thepmongkol , Amnat Charoen Municipality, Amnat Charoen Province. Were 1) environmental evaluation2) elementary factor evaluation 3) process evaluation and 4) Evaluate productivity Of the love reading project in Tessaban 1 School,Wat Thepmongkol, Amnat Charoen Municipality, Amnat Charoen Province conducted a study of all populations, including School administrators, teachers, The basic education institution committee and Prathomsuksa 1-6 students of the Municipality 1 School, Thep Mongkhon Temple, 2 Amnat Charoen Municipality school administrators, 27 employees of municipal teachers, 15 basic education institution committee members, totaling 44 people and 534 students in Prathomsuksa 1-6. The research instruments used to collect information include: 2 questionnaires
Issue 1 inquire to evaluate the project from the school administrators, teachers, the basic education institution committee, issue 2 inquire to assess the project from students. Perform data collection both before implementing the project. During the project and after the project the statistics used for data analysis were percentage (%), population mean (m) and standard deviation (s).

The results of the evaluation of the love reading project in Tessaban 1 School, Wat Thepmongkol, Amnat Charoen Municipality, Amnat Charoen Province consists of 1) Environmental evaluation results overall, it was at the highest level when considering each item, it was found that the item with the highest average was the promotion of reading behavior and the implementation of the school policy and development plan. The one with the least average was encourages the students to regularly pay attention to reading. 2) Evaluation results for elementary factors were the overall picture was at a high level when considering each item, it was found that the item with the highest average was the reading love program in educational institutions. The policy planning was clearly planned and the item with the least mean value was the budget for implementing the love to read project in educational institutions was sufficient. 3) The overall assessment results of the process of the school administrators, teachers, teachers of the basic education institution committee were at a high level when considering each item, it was found that the item with the highest average was that the building, media, materials and equipment were adequate and appropriate and the item with the least mean value was a meeting to clarify the understanding about the love of reading project in educational institutions for all teacher personnel. Student project assessment results the overall process was at a high level when considering each item, it was found that the item with the highest average was the person responsible for the project, coordinating with teachers and students to organize a very close love of reading program in educational institutions and the item with the least average was that the project has a place appropriate and media adequate equipment and opinions of participation in organizing student project activities. The overall picture is very level when considering each aspect, it was found that the side with the highest average was the mobile library activity and the side with the least average was the readership activity 4) Project evaluation results on productivity of the school administrators, teachers, and teachers of the basic education institution committee. The overall was at the highest level when considering each item; it was found that the item with the highest mean was that the more free time students spent on reading activities and the least average, students' reading skills improved. Student project assessment results the overall productivity was at a high level when considering each item, it was found that the item with the highest mean was that the students had increased reading habits and the least average is that students have more access to the library or student learning center. Moreover, the students had reading behavior at the high level when considering each aspect, it was found that the highest aspect of mean was the location followed by the reading method and the aspect that had the least mean values were the acquisition method of reading media.
