Abstract
This article focuses on the state of education in the era of Thailand 4.0. Thailand development direction focuses on Creative and Innovation technology, creating creative Thai people; Qualifications 3R and 8C (3R is Reading, (W) Riting, (A) Rithmatic) and 8C are Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Creativity and Innovation, Collaboration Teamwork and Leadership, Communication Information and Media Literacy, Cross-cultural Understanding, Computing and ICT Literacy, Compassion and Reading: School Administrators 4.0. must use the Professional Learning Community (PLC).
