The Developing Potential for Teaching Management in Architecture Design by Project - Based Learning

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The developing potential of teaching management in architecture design to be increase quality and ready for professional practice. Learning in architecture needs to be trained from the appropriate learning management system and teaching and learning management by using project-based learning. The objectives of this study were 1) to find the effectiveness of project-based learning for instruction in architectural design course; 2) to compare the learning achievement before and after project-based students in the course of architectural design 3) to find the satisfaction of students studying in the course of architectural design using the project as a base. This study collected data on the Bachelor of Architecture program. The data was analyzed in comparative and content analysis in the target group from the study. It found that teaching and learning that has increased the efficiency of project-based learning can helps students to have the potential to learn and to be able to study on their own. Project-based learning can solve project problems at a level good. There is also better achievement when comparing grades before and after the course. The satisfaction level of the learners was good, especially in terms of content, objective, and knowledge of architecture design.
