การพัฒนารูปแบบโรงเรียนแห่งการเรียนรู้ (School as Learning Community) ที่มุ่งสู่คุณภาพของนักเรียน

Abstract

ABSTRACT  

          Development of school as learning community model towards the quality of students aimed 1) to study problems in learning activities towards the quality of students, 2) to develop a model of School as Learning Community towards the quality of students,  3) to study results of using         a model of School as Learning Community towards the quality of students. This research consisted of 3 phases. Phase 1, studying problems in learning activities towards the quality of students.   Phase 2, developing a model of School as Learning Community towards the quality of students. Phase 3, studying the effect of using the learning school model towards the quality of students. The results found that 1) studying problems in learning activities towards the quality of students showed that teachers have problems in learning activities at a high level. 2) The model of School as Learning Community towards the quality of students consisted of 3 parts. Part 1 was Professional Learning Community (PLC), part 2 was System Theory, and part 3 was MERS Model, Educational institutions development model towards the quality. 3) The effect of the learning school model towards the quality of students found that the quality of students  after using a model was higher than the establishment criterion. Moreover, the satisfaction assessment results of teachers  after using  a model were at a high level of satisfaction.
