Abstract

This research has the objective to develop an academic administration strategy to effectively enhance the learning achievement of Municipality 1 Wat Thep Mongkhol School It is a research and development (R & D) research conducted in 4 phases as follows: Phase 1 Study of the management condition, strategy of academic administration in order to raise the learning achievement at Municipality 1 Wat Thep Mongkol School effectiveness. Target audience the sample group was 275 of the school administrators, teachers, the basic education institution committees and parents of students from multistage sampling. In-depth interviews with academic administration to improve the learning achievement of model schools From school administrators Head of Academic Affairs and Chairman of the Committee for Basic Education, target educational institutions, totaling 9 people. The in-depth interview form for phase 2 was used to develop academic administration strategies to enhance the learning achievement of Tessaban 1 Wat Thep Mongkol School effectively.      The researcher used tools such as a suitability assessment form. Possibilities from  the 12 experts by the third phase of the group discussion meeting to try out the strategy of academic administration to enhance the learning achievement at Tessaban 1 Wat Thep Mongkol School effectively. In the municipal school 1, Wat Thep Mongkhol, throughout the academic year 2018, with the stakeholders of 15 academic teachers. Phase 4: Evaluate the strategy of academic administration to effectively improve the learning achievement of Tetsaban 1 Wat Thep Mongkhol School. From experts of 17 people using the feasibility assessment Possibilities and benefits the statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

                 The results of the development of the academic administration strategy to enhance the learning achievement of Municipal 1 Wat Thep Mongkol School effectively consisted of 5 strategies, namely Strategy 1, Academic Management Policy Enhancement. There is a guideline for organizing activities to promote knowledge in the development of academic management potential. Establish a clear academic management strategy. Focus on improving the learning achievement of students. Conduct supervision within continuing education institutions complete and consistent the preparation and development of the curriculum continuously and quality. Strategy 2 Development of learning management processes there is a line of action to promote student-centered teaching management. Development of teaching and learning management and learning processes Measuring and evaluating and comparing grades according to the learning standards. The research to continuously improve the quality of education in all groups of learning subjects Assessments to improve student progress Having a clear teaching aim between teachers and learners Strategy 3: Enhancing the Use of Media Technology and develop a learning atmosphere There is a guideline for the development of innovative media and technology for education in its entirety. Establishing a special laboratory in every subject of learning developing and creating learning resources for learners to learn from real practice Encourage teachers and students to use media and technology. Focus on teachers and students who access digital databases from networked systems to promote learning. Strategy 4: Background education to promote learners' potential There is a line of action to continue visiting students' homes. Consistent and complete Studying student basics to promote learners' learning Teaching that encourages students to recognize persistence. Promoting attitude Student features Skill promotion Learner's ability Arrange for students personality development activities Strategy 5: Enhance participation of parents, communities and networking organizations There is an action plan that is educational institutions to encourage parents to understand the basics and individual differences of learners Encourage parents to love and warmth Build confidence in the students in their parents Encourage parents to promote learning in all aspects Educating parents on how to spend quality time with learners Parents, working with schools to adjust the unwanted behavior of learners. The results of the evaluation of the academic administration strategy to effectively raise the learning achievement of Tessaban 1 Wat Thep Mongkhon School found that the overall suitability was at the highest level.   It has the highest overall possibilities. And overall usefulness was at the highest level.
