Abstract
Transformational learning is one of the learning theories that aims at deepening individual awareness. To change familiar expectations and an integrated perspective to open up to new things can make decisions. Choose or act on a new basis. It is important to apply the learning theory to change in the epidemic situation of the coronavirus disease 2019 because the announcement of the closure measures prevented employees from coming to work. Company locationas usual, so working at home in various forms has come to play an even greater role this academic articleTherefore, the objective is to encourage personnel department staff to apply the concept of learning theory to change.To develop the learning of employees who have to change in epidemic situations. of the coronavirus disease 2019, this article presents the change in learning under the epidemic situation.of the corona virus infection concept of learning theory to change The process of learning to change and learning to change for employees.
