Sandbox: A Safe Space to Experiment with Innovations

Abstract
The word sandbox has been introduced and acquainted in Thai society recently. The term has been used to name the location to test the new idea or innovation such as the case of launching sandbox-based tours in Phuket. The sandbox is used to call the case is not based on the fact that Phuket is an island with sand. Just any new ideas and tested locations are implemented, they could be called sandbox if the concept was applied. The academic problem comes to scene because the term sandbox has been used just about any new idea tests, no matter the concepts has been applied or not. The objectives of this article is to review understanding of the concept and the utilization of the concept to test new ideas as shall be presented.
