The Innovative Organization Of Schools Under Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the innovation organization of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Education Service Area 1, Songkhla, and 2) compare the innovation organization of educational institutions classified by educational qualifications, work experience, and school size. The sample group consisted of 291 teachers under the Office of the Primary Education Service Area 1, Songkhla, in the academic year 2024. The sample size was determined from the ready-made table of Krejcie and Morgan and simple random sampling by lottery. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability value of .961. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. The results of the research found that 1) the innovation organization of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Education Service Area 1, Songkhla, was at a high level overall and in each aspect. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect of people who are ready to create innovation had the highest mean value and the aspect of having a shared vision had the lowest mean value. 2) The results of the comparison of the innovation organization of educational institutions, teachers with different educational qualifications, work experience, and school sizes There are no differences in opinions on the innovation organization of educational institutions.
