Guidelines for Developing Academic Leadership of School Administrators for Enhancing Achievement of Students in Sikhoraphum Integrated Network 2

The purposes of this research were 1) to study and compare the academic leadership of school administrators, 2) to study the guidelines for developing academic leadership of school administrators to improve student achievement. The sample consisted of 148 teachers. The sample size was determined using the ready-made tables of Craigie and Morgan and step-by-step randomization The tools used were questionnaires and interviews. The consistency index was 0.60-1.00 and the reliability was 0.989. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and content analysis. The research results were found as follows; 1) Academic leadership of school administrators as a whole was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was curriculum development and learning management. 2) A comparison of academic leadership of school administrators classified by gender, level of education and work experience. There are no different opinions. 3) Guidelines for developing academic leadership of school administrators in order to raise the academic achievement of students in the Sikhoraphum Integrated Network Group 2 under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1 include: Administrators must plan.
