ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรม การขัดเกลาทางสังคม และพฤติกรรมสีเขียว: พนักงานจากบริษัทผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทย

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและตรวจสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรม การขัดเกลาทางสังคม และพฤติกรรมสีเขียวของพนักงานจากผู้ให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพนักงานที่ทำงานในบริษัทผู้ให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์จำนวน 400 คน ทำการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม และมีวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงและตามความสะดวก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยแบบจำลองสมการเชิงโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่าพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรมมีอิทธิพลในเชิงบวกต่อการขัดเกลาทางสังคม ในขณะที่การขัดเกลาทางสังคมส่งผลในเชิงบวกต่อพฤติกรรมสีเขียว นอกจากนี้ พฤติกรรมที่เป็นนวัตกรรมยังส่งผลดีต่อพฤติกรรมสีเขียว สุดท้ายนี้ การขัดเกลาทางสังคมมีบทบาทเป็นตัวกลางความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระหว่างพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรมและพฤติกรรมสีเขียวที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.001 โดยผลการศึกษานี้เป็นประโยชน์ทั้งด้านการปฏิบัติงานและด้านทฤษฎีที่สามารถส่งผลต่อผลการดำเนินทางธุรกิจได้
