FACTORS ANALYSIS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN OPERATION PROCESS OF LOGISTIC SERVICE PROVIDERS

This study aimed at analyzing factors of sustainable development of logistic service providers. Population was employees working in organization or company related to logistic service provision and there were 300 selected as the study samples. Questionnaire through validity and reliability test was used as data collection tool with purposive sampling and convenience sampling techniques. Data analysis consisted of mean, standard deviation, and factor analysis.
The study resulted that factors of sustainable development of logistic service providers consisted of 3 aspects: 1) factors developing business foundation, legal cooperation and relations, which consisted of 5 sub-variables; 2) factors affecting company benefits, which consisted of 5 sub-variables and 3) factors relating to the employee benefits in companies, which consisted of 2 sub-variables. These 3 factors can explain a covariance as of 53.715 percentage.
