GOVERNMENT POLICIES AND MANAGEMENT METHODS OF SUCCESSFUL INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL CLUBS

The purpose of this article is to analyze the concept of government policy in support of football clubs and the successful management methods of international football clubs. It can be summarized as follows: In studying government policy from abroad, the following policies can be identified: 1) Support for the development of facilities for players and football fields. 2) Support for training and promotion of higher participation in competitions. 3) Support for the construction of sports venues and investment in football clubs to grow and increase the efficiency of football club operations. 4) Supporting the development and access of players from low-income communities. 5) Supporting football stadium building projects and good management. 6) Support for football development at the community level. 7) Support for coaches and the development of new players. 8) Support for football field construction projects and national competitions. The successful management of an international football club can be represented as follows: 1) Planning and setting goals. 2) Team management. 3) Marketing and market engagement. 4) Financial management. 5) Technology development. 6) Facility management. 7) Personnel management and development. 8) Creation and promotion of marketing. 9) Creation and promotion of the club's image. 10) Development of football in the country. 11) Preparation for competition. 12) Increasing club revenue.
Recommendations for the development of football club management in Thailand and abroad are as follows: 1) Strengthening corporate culture and social responsibility.
2) Developing personnel potential. 3) Utilizing technology to assist in management. 4) Building trust and stability in finance. 5) Creating good potential in management. And 6) Creating an efficient football management system.
