FACTORS INFLUENCING PERFORMANCE VIA THE KTB CORPORATE ONLINE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS OF FINANCIAL OFFICERS IN THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT, SAMUT SONGKHRAM PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the level of operational factors, 2) the level of performance, and 3) the factors influencing the performance via the KTB Corporate Online electronic systems of financial officers in the provincial government Samut Songkhram Province. The sample were 38 financial officers in the provincial government of Samut Songkhram Province. The instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficients and predictive regression coefficients. The research results summarized that most of samples were females, 32-37 years old, were married, graduated bachelor degree, earned monthly between 4,870 - 26,900 baht, worked as expertise, government employees or outsource, and worked for 1 - 6 years. In addition, it also revealed that the operational factors including the motivation factors (work achievement, recognition, responsibility, work characteristics, and career advancement); maintenance factors (compensation, company policy and regulation, relationship with supervisor, relationship with colleagues, working environment, and job security); job satisfaction factors (intrinsic motive, commanding and democratic administration) and performance of KTB Corporate Online electronic systems (correct and timely, mission complete, resources efficiency and government policy) were rated in high level. Factors influencing the work performance were maintenance factors (and job security), maintenance factors (commanding and democratic administration) and motivation factors (work characteristics), which predictive power was as of 72.6 and correlation coefficients were 0.376, 0.329 and 0.303, respectively.
