บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการด้านการช่วยเหลือดูแลสุขภาพของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงในชุมชน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ ผู้ที่ทำหน้าที่หลักในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง จำนวน 12 คน โดยผู้วิจัยคัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการด้านการช่วยเหลือดูแลสุขภาพ มี 2 ประเด็น คือ 1) ความต้องการด้านการช่วยเหลือดูแลสุขภาพทางกาย ได้แก่ ต้องการให้บุคลากรทางสุขภาพ มาเยี่ยม ดูแล และให้คำแนะนำด้านสุขภาพ 2) ความต้องการด้านการช่วยเหลือดูแลสุขภาพทางจิตใจ ได้แก่ ต้องการให้บุคคลในครอบครัว และบุคคลรอบข้าง เข้าใจและให้กำลังใจ
