Abstract

                  Communication technology determinism theory argues that information and communications technology has a variety of tools for different social structures and that communications technology and inno-vation always contribute to social changes by expanding human sensory experiences to a great extent. 
                   As the Information technology has currently evolved from an analog to a digital platform, television news production has wisely adapted to the changes by applying specificinformation technology to facilitate every related process: from news gathering, rundown selecting, on–fieldnews producing, news script writing and rewriting, news editing and broadcasting, to news reporting.
                 A digital newsroom system, which supports the database chang-ing from tape-based to file-based,and visual technologies would result in quality news production with immediacy, timeliness, accuracy, insight and realistic presentation.
