The Prototype of Job Recruitment Advertisement for Maximizing Recruiting Efficiency and Reducing the Turnover Rate: A Study of Advertising Media Business

The purposes of this research aimed at developing content and recruitment process using design thinking as a basis and to studying the factors affecting the selection of information for a production of advertising media for recruiting personnel using a qualitative research model. The study was conducted on a group of 8 interviewees who were required to work in an HR position or be involved in recruiting people into the advertising media business. The results showed that (1) The key elements in communicating a job announcement are job description and attitude. (2) The most important step in the selection process is the job description discussion step. (3) The objective of the organization has a significant impact on content selection concerning recruiting and selecting personnel with knowledge and abilities for the organization. Therefore, the researchers have proposed a model of the recruitment process called the Maximizing Competency Framework for Job Recruitment Process (Prototype) and a communication model for job postings called The Right Job for the Right-Minded Employees Advertisement Prototype for those involved to apply in the announcement and recruitment of employees in advertising media companies.
