คนทำงานในระบบอาหารกับความเหลื่อมล้ำในยุคโควิด-19

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ทราบสถานการณ์และสภาพการทำงานของคนทำงานในระบบอาหารในช่วงปิดเมือง และ 2) ศึกษาผลกระทบในมิติความเหลื่อมล้ำของโควิดต่อคนทำงานในระบบอาหารในเมืองและแนวทางการรับมือกับผลกระทบ งานนี้ใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณผ่านการสำรวจข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามโดยใช้การคำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบไม่ทราบจำนวนประชากรที่แน่นอนของคอแครน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างคนทำงานในระบบอาหารจำนวน 439 คน เฉพาะพื้นที่กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล โดยเลือกเฉพาะคนทำงานในระบบอาหารในกระบวนการกระจายอาหาร บริการค้าปลีก และขนส่ง และใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาในการวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ลักษณะของคนทำงานในระบบอาหารถือเป็นคนทำงานรายได้น้อยและเสี่ยงต่อความยากจน และ 2) ผลกระทบในมิติความเหลื่อมล้ำจากโควิด-19 คือ คนทำงานในระบบอาหารเขตเมืองประสบกับความเหลื่อมล้ำทั้ง 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ ความเหลื่อมล้ำที่เกี่ยวพันกับความเป็นความตายในชีวิต ความเหลื่อมล้ำในการดำรงชีวิตอย่างมีศักดิ์ศรี และความเหลื่อมล้ำด้านทรัพยากร แนวทางรับมือผลกระทบ คือ มาตรการที่จัดการกับกลไกที่ก่อให้เกิดความเหลื่อมล้ำเหล่านั้น
