Leadership Policy According to the Special Agricultural Economic Zoon Model Project that Affects the Quality of the People of Loei Province

Abstract

This research article aimed to study: 1) Analyze the policies of the Special Agricultural Economic Zone model; 2) examine the impact of leadership policies within the Special Agricultural Economic Zone model on the quality of life of residents in Loei Province; and 3) assess the effects of implementing the Special Agricultural Economic Zone model policies on the quality of life of residents in Loei Province. This study is qualitative in nature and is based on data collected from a target group of 23 individuals using a structured interview format. The data is presented using descriptive methods.

The research found that:

1. Accepting policies from the government can transfer knowledge to farmers. There are clear criteria for participating in the project. There is an analysis of suitable areas to drive the policy to meet the objectives of the project. Follow the requirements set by the project based on SWOT Analysis theory.
2. There is an introduction to the sufficiency economy philosophy of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej, the Great Borommanatbophit, was passed on to the leaders of the community and spread to farmers. The policy has been introduced into the area by the Department of Community Development. and make documents to the province of Loei Then order each district to publicize to community leaders to spread the news to farmers. and the change after receiving the project is the development of vacant land to be fertile

3. Physical change of farmers: the area has been adapted to the Special Agricultural Economic Zone model project. The condition of the area is beautiful. maximize the use of space quality of life, physical and mental health, and warm family relations Consuming non-toxic food in the economy, farmers reduce their expenses and increase their income by selling agricultural products in the community.
