Program for Enhancing Digital Leadership for School Administrators with Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum

Abstract

This research article aims to: 1) Study the current state, desired state, and necessary needs for enhancing the digital leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Chaiyaphum Secondary Education Service Area Office. 2) Develop and evaluate the appropriateness of a program designed to enhance the digital leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Chaiyaphum Secondary Education Service Area Office. 3) Assess the suitability, feasibility, and benefits of the program for enhancing the digital leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Chaiyaphum Secondary Education Service Area Office. This research employs a mixed-method approach

          The research found that:

1. The current state of digital leadership among school administrators is generally at a moderate level. The desired state of digital leadership among school administrators is at the highest level. The needs for digital leadership among school administrators, ranked from highest to lowest priority, are: digital vision, digital professionalism, digital citizenship, and organizational culture development, respectively.  2. The digital leadership enhancement program for school administrators consists of:   1) Principles 2) Objectives 3) Content, which includes four modules: digital vision, digital organizational culture development, digital professionalism, and digital citizenship 4) Development methods 5) Evaluation and assessment methods. The evaluation and assessment of the program's appropriateness by experts revealed that, overall, the program is highly suitable. 3. The assessment of the program’s suitability and feasibility by school administrators indicated that the program is, overall, highly suitable and feasible.
