Program to Learning Leadership New Era of School Administrators under Kalasin Elementary Education Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research article aimed to: 1) Study the current status, desired status, and needs for developing modern learning leadership of school administrators, and 2) create and evaluate the appropriateness, feasibility, and usefulness of a program to enhance modern learning leadership of school administrators. The sample group consisted of 113 school administrators. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were
1) descriptive statistics. 2) The statistics used according to the research objectives were the Priority of Needs Index (PNI).

The research found that:

The modern learning leadership of educational institution administrators were as follows: 1) team learning 2) vision for change 3) application of technology in work. The current state of modern learning leadership of educational institution administrators was at a moderate level overall ( x̅ = 3.10). When considering each aspect, it was found that the application of technology in work was at a moderate level ( x̅ = 3.12) and the vision for change was at a moderate level ( x̅ = 3.09). The desired state of modern learning leadership of educational institution administrators was overall at a moderate level ( x̅ = 4.90). The priority of the needs in strengthening modern learning leadership of educational institution administrators, ranked from most to least important, were team learning (PNI _modified = 0.371), vision for change (PNI _modified = 0.367), and application of technology in work (PNI _modified = 0.365), respectively. The results of the evaluation of the appropriateness of the modern learning leadership program for educational institution administrators Overall, the appropriateness was at the highest level ( x̅ = 4.54, S.D.= 0.50) and the feasibility was at the highest level ( x̅ = 4.62, S.D.= 0.49).
