Public Satisfaction with Public Policy State Welfare Card, Case Study of Ubon Ratchathani Province

This research the objectives are to, 1) to study the level of people's satisfaction with public policy, the state welfare card, a case study of Ubon Ratchathani Province, 2) to compare the people's satisfaction with the public policy, the state welfare card classified by gender, education status, age and income Personal average per year the sample consisted of 385 people. The instrument used in the research was an estimation scale. There was a confidence factor of .95. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Inferential Statistics t-test, One-Way ANOVA.
The study found that:
1. The level of public satisfaction with public policy, state welfare card. overall, it was found that In a very satisfied level. The areas with high levels of satisfaction include the facilities provided. The duration of service to the public and processes, procedures for service delivery, respectively, and the areas with the least level of satisfaction were. The staff who provide services equally.
2. The results of comparing the satisfaction of the public with the public policy of the state welfare card classified by gender, education status, age and average annual personal income were not different.
