การพัฒนาและออกแบบคลังหนังสือหายากด้วยกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบ: กรณีศึกษาหอสมุดแห่งชาติรัชมังคลาภิเษก เชียงใหม่

การพัฒนาระบบจัดเก็บและสืบค้นหนังสือหายากอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ช่วยให้ผู้ใช้เข้าถึงได้สะดวก และนำไปใช้วิจัยขั้นสูง การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ออกแบบและพัฒนาคลังสารสนเทศหนังสือหายากด้วยกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบ และเพื่อประเมินการใช้งานคลังหนังสือหายาก หอสมุดแห่งชาติรัชมังคลาภิเษก เชียงใหม่ การวิจัยเชิงวิจัยและพัฒนานี้นำกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบของ Standford d.school มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาคลังหนังสือหายาก เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบประเมิน ผลประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้คลังหนังสือหายากโดยรวมพบว่าผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจด้านเนื้อหาอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านระบบอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ เมนูต่าง ๆ ใช้งานอย่างเหมาะสม ใช้ง่าย มีความสะดวกและมองเห็นได้ชัดเจน การค้นหาข้อมูลตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าการยึดผู้ใช้เป็นศูนย์กลางในการออกแบบช่วยให้การสร้างต้นแบบสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้ ที่ช่วยสร้างแนวคิดและมุมมองใหม่ แนวคิดเชิงออกแบบยังสามารถนำมาใช้ร่วมกับวงจรการพัฒนาระบบเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของคลังสารสนเทศ และเหมาะสมกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้
