Abstract

This article aims to reflect that. "Spirituality of Teacher" refers to the self-awareness of a person. In living life, including the control of thoughts, beliefs, ideologies, behaviors and practices based on the moral, ethical and professional ethics framework. It is the essence of the mind to realize the responsibility of duty. Performing teacher duties to achieve the goals, and the ideals of being a good teacher. For classroom management, The teacher who will be good teaching and apply the principles reflective thinking learning for self-review was support students to “Understanding, Connecting, and Development” For developing information literacy skills and literacy of changes.All three levels: Functional information literacy, Interactive information literacy, Critical information literacy, are important to the four aspects of life: physical, mental, social and intellectual aspects of the digital age learners. Which is the key for developing learners to achieve information literacy skills and literacy of changes. The students have survived, good quality of life, and able to bring knowledge to develop society and the nation.
