The Relationship Between Transformational Leadership of Administrators and Academic Administration of District Learning Encouragement Center under the Phatthalung Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement

Abstract

This research aims were 1) to study the level of transformational leadership. 2) to study the level of Academic administration. 3) to study the Relationship between Transformational Leadership of administrators and academic administration of District Learning Encouragement Center under the Phatthalung Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement. The sample group consisted of 103 teachers. the sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table and the proportions were compared according to the district. The sample was then randomly selected using the simple random sampling method by drawing lots without replacement. The instruments used to collect data were the second questionnaire, which had a reliability coefficient of 0.990, and the third questionnaire, which had a reliability coefficient of 0.991. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the study found that 1) Transformational leadership of the district learning center administrators Under the jurisdiction of the Phatthalung Provincial Learning Promotion Office. The overall picture is at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that The aspect with the highest average was the aspect of having an ideological influence, followed by the aspect of intellectual stimulation. The overall picture is at a high level.
