Super Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Effectiveness of Educational Institutions Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the super leadership of school administrators under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, 2) to study the effectiveness of educational institutions under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3) to study the super leadership of administrators affecting the effectiveness of educational institutions under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The sample consisted of 320 school administrators and teachers from 18 educational institutions. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. The super leadership of school administrators under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, all aspects were at a high level. 2. The effectiveness of educational institutions under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, all aspects were at a high level. The aspect of academic leadership had the highest mean, while time devoted to work had the lowest mean. 3. The super leadership of school administrators that significantly affects the effectiveness of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi at the statistical significance level of .01 consists of 7 aspects, including: 1) Modeling self-leadership, 2) Creating positive thought patterns, 3) Facilitating self-leadership in staff, 4) Encouraging self-set goals, 5) Facilitating a self-leadership culture, 6) Facilitating self-leadership through constructive rewards and reprimands, and 7) Promoting self-leadership through team building. The multiple correlation coefficient (R) is 0.910, and the predictive efficiency (R2) is 0.829. All 7 aspects collectively affect the effectiveness of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi at 82.9%, with a prediction error of 0.15.
