Characteristics of Administrator Affecting Educational Administration Efficiency of Secondary Schools in Nakhon Pathom

Abstract
This research aims were: 1. To study the characteristics of educational institution administrators in secondary schools in Nakhon Pathom Province 2. To study the effectiveness of educational institutions in secondary schools in Nakhon Pathom Province. 3)To examine the characteristics of educational institution administrators that influence the effectiveness of educational institutions in secondary schools in Nakhon Pathom Province. The study group used in this research consisted of teachers and administrators in secondary schools in Nakhon Pathom Province during the 2023 academic year, totaling 317 people. The sample size was determined using Multi-Stage Sampling, resulting in a sample size of 271 people with a confidence level of 80.0%. The tool used in this research was a questionnaire with a reliability score of 0.99. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: 1) The characteristics of educational institution administrators in secondary schools in Nakhon Pathom Province were at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that all 9 aspects were at a high level. 2) The effectiveness of educational institutions in secondary schools in Nakhon Pathom Province was at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that most were at a high level in all 5 aspects. 3) The results of the characteristics of educational institution administrators that influence the effectiveness of educational institutions in secondary schools in Nakhon Pathom Province from finding the regression coefficient of the predictors found that the characteristics of school administrators in terms of ability to think, analyze, and create, knowledge, skills, and administrative skills, decision-making ability, problem-solving ability, and personality affected the effectiveness of school administration in secondary schools in Nakhon Pathom Province. They could jointly predict the effectiveness of school administration in secondary schools in Nakhon Pathom Province by 36.60 percent (R2 = 0.360) with statistical significance at the .01 level.
