Efficiency of Participatory Academic Administration Affects the Administration of the Temple's Charity School

Abstract

This research article aims to 1. Study and create a participatory academic administration model for excellence in Buddhist temple charity schools. 2. Study and examine the participatory academic administration model towards excellence in Buddhist temple charity schools. Use a qualitative research format. The population includes administrators and teachers of leading schools of charity schools of Buddhist temples, 9 figures/person, experts in educational administration. and in curriculum and teaching, 3 people. The research tools used were a document analysis form and a semi-structured interview form. Statistics used in data analysis were content analysis and mean, standard deviation. The results of the research found that 1. The participatory academic administration model for excellence in Buddhist temple charity schools consists of 5 elements: 1) Principles 2) Objectives. 3) The participatory academic process is an analysis of the school context.
