Happiness of School Personnel under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level happiness of school personnel under Trang primary educational service area office 1, 2) to compare the happiness of school personnel under Trang primary educational service area office 1 based on gender, position, education level, work experience, and size of the educational. The sample used in this research was of 309 personnel under Trang primary educational service area office 1 in the academic year 2024. They were obtained by determining sample size using Yamane's calculation formula and doing stratified random sampling followed by simple random sampling by drawing lots. The instrument used was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with 43 questions. The reliability of the entire questionnaire was equal to .909. The data were analyzed using a software to percentages, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The research results revealed that 1) The innovative happiness of school personnel under Trang primary educational service area office 1. Was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that happy ethics had the highest average and happy health had the lowest average. 2) Overall, the happiness of school personnel under Trang primary educational service area office 1. Personnel of different genders showed a statistically significant difference at the .05 level. Personnel with different positions, educational qualifications, work experience and school size were not different in overall.
