Guidelines for Promotion of Factors Related to the Production of works for Promotion of Teacher in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suphanburi

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study the related factors and propose guidelines for promoting the factors related to the preparation of work for promotion of teachers in the secondary educational service area office Suphanburi. The research and development model were mixed methods research. There were 2 steps in the research process which are studying the related factors and propose guidelines for promoting the related factors. The sample group consisted of 96 people using the stratified random sampling. The informants were educational academics, administrators and Human resources specialist in the secondary educational service area office Suphanburi, totaling 7 people, who were selected by purposive Sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.93 and interview from using content analysis. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The research results found that 1) The factors related to the preparation of work for promotion of teachers in the secondary educational service area office Suphanburi, were at a high level overall with an average of 4.17 and standard deviation of 0.93. 2) The guidelines for promoting the factors related to the preparation of work for promotion of teachers in the secondary educational service area office Suphanburi in 5 factors as follow: school administrators should encourage teachers to produce academic work in accordance with the criteria and conduct quality classroom research. Encourage teachers to manage their time more efficiently. Create awareness and make teachers aware of the ethics of the teaching profession in order to focus on developing the quality of education. In addition, administrators should create networks and mentors for teachers who are working to advance their professional status in the examination, screening, and giving advice on their work.
