Components of Guidelines for the Growth Mindset of Administrators in Opportunity Expansion Schools Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission

Abstract
This research article aims to study the components of developing a growth mindset framework for school administrators in opportunity expansion schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. This study is a mixed-methods research design. The population and sample group consist of 258 school administrators from opportunity expansion schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument used for data collection included document analysis forms and questionnaires with a reliability coefficient of 0.96. The statistics employed for data analysis included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and confirmatory factor analysis. The findings revealed that the components of a growth mindset framework for school administrators in opportunity expansion schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission consist of five elements: (1) challenge, (2) effort, (3) acceptance of criticism, (4) acceptance of failure, and (5) learning from others' successes for inspiration. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the model was well aligned with empirical data.
