Teachers' Performance According to the Academic Administration Framework in Educational Institutions under the Phatthalung Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement

Abstract
The purpose of this research was (1) to study teachers' performance according to the academic administration framework in educational institutions under the Phatthalung Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement. 2) to compare teachers' performance according to the academic administration framework in educational institutions under Phatthalung Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement, classified by the variables of teachers' professional education qualifications, work experience, and size of educational institutions, 3) to study the guidelines for developing teachers' performance according to the academic administration framework in educational institutions under the Phatthalung Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement. The simple was determined from Krazy and Mogans table. 103 Statistics and a confidence value of 0.92 used data analysis: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test (One-way ANOVA). The results showed that: 1)Practice of academic administration in educational institutions the Phatthalung Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement as the overall was high 2) The results of the comparison of academic performance of teachers in educational institutions under the Office of Learning in Phatthalung Province, classified according to the professional qualifications of teachers, showed statistically significant differences at the .01 level. Classified according to work experience and size of educational institutions, overall and in each aspect, found no differences. 3) The guideline Practice for academic performant development of teachers in the school, under the office of learning support, Phatthalung Office of Learning Encouragement. Province as in the follows: School curriculum development the school has the guideline in the school curriculum, the development of the learning process, and the measurement and evaluation. Research to improve the quality of education, media development, innovation and technology for education, development of learning resources, and education supervision.
