The purposes of this study were to study and compare the participation management of network party in administration of the social studies teacher volunteer school project to deloplop a waste-free at Buanoiwitthaya School of teaching profession student, Sasaket Rajabhat University classified by gender, age, time of participation and status involving of group. This research is Survey Research methods. The instrument was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. The confidence value of the whole copy was 0.94. The sample consisted of 118 subjects comprised the social studies student, social studies lecturer, personnel and student at buanoiwitthaya school. Krecie & Morgan table was used for calculating the sample size. The statistics used were frequency discrimination, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test and One-way ANOVA. Finally, Least Significant Difference test (LSD) was employed to test the differences between pairs if found with the pre-set significant level of .05.
The results are as follows: 1) the participation management of network party in administration of the social studies teacher volunteer school project to deloplop a waste-free at Buanoiwitthaya School was, overall and in separate aspects, found high as respectively shown: organization managing, collaborating, commanding, planning, and controlling. the participation management of network party in administration of the social studies teacher volunteer school project to deloplop a waste-free at Buanoiwitthaya School classified by gender and time of participation were not different. However, classified by age and status involving of group were different, the level of statistical significance is 0.05.
