Proposed Strategies Chinese Education Management Of Sakon Nakhon Province

Abstract
This research purposes have three points, 1.Study problem and expectations of Chinese language education management in Sakon nakhon province for administrator and teacher. 2. Study of strategy and regulations for Chinese language management in Sakon Nakhon province 3. Study opinions and suggestions of specialists and stakeholders in Chinese language education management in Sakon Nakhon province by participatory policy research. The research methodology has 2 phases. Phase 1 process have documentary research, survey study, multi-study and expert in-depth interview for make strategy suggestions, the sample was Researchers have determined the population in the province , teachers, administrators and stakeholders in the province 10,110 people were selected by multistage random sampling of 553 people . Phase 2 process is verification the strategy complete suggestions by research methodology, propriety, feasibility and focus group of administrators group and teachers group total 2o persons with standard program and have 5 levels approximate, Reliability value is 0.97 The research findings were as follows: 1) Current Situation of Chinese language education in the province are receiving attention from all levels of education, But also faced the problem of lack of communication skills in Chinese, therefore, the study of Chinese language education is so important, particularly on production manpower development of the country In the knowledge-based society and globalization development of Human Resources. Using strategic management as a tool to study Chinese to help make learning Chinese to effectively contribute to the development of human resources, study province which is the main base to develop the country 2) Strategy suggestions and regulations of Chinese language education management in Sakon Nakhon which have 7 strategy, 1. Management strategy has 5 strategies and 9 regulations, 2. Curriculum strategy have 3 strategies and 6 regulations, 3. Personal strategy has 3 strategies and 6 regulations, 4. Student strategy has 3 strategies and 6 regulations, 5. Education strategy has 3 strategies and 6 regulations, 6. Text books, research center and introduction media have 3 strategies and 6 regulations, 7. Collaboration between government, private and community have 4 strategies and 8 regulations. 3) Specialists and stakeholders have opinion on this suggestions strategy of Chinese language education management in Sakon Nakhon province are possible to practice
