Developing the Training Program of Learning Management for Assisting Teachers in Schools under Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study elements and indicators of learning management in schools under Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization 2) to study current conditions, desirable traits, and methods of developing assisting teachers in learning management in schools under Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization 3) to develop the training program of learning management for assisting teachers in schools under Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization. There were 3 stages of this research: the first, to study elements and indicators of learning management. The samples were 5 academic experts chosen by purposive sampling, using questionnaire as a tool, and then analyzed the collected data by describing. The second, to study currents conditions, desirable traits, and methods of developing assisting teachers. The samples were 64 assisting teachers from the population, using questionnaire. deviation. The third, to develop the program of learning management. The samples were 5 academic experts chosen by purposive sampling, using evaluation form as a tool. The statistics used for analyzing were mean and standard deviation. The study found that: 1. There were 4 elements 12 indicators of learning management. 2. Current conditions, desirable traits, and methods of training assisting teachers in learning management in schools under Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization were found as follows; 2.1 In overall, the result of the current conditions was in high level and the result of desirable traits was in very high level. 2.2 The analyzed needs of training assisting teachers in learning management were arranged from maximum to minimum as follows: studying to solve and develop learners (PNI = 0.2967), analyzing learning standards, expected learning outcomes, and learning areas (PNI = 0.29536), designing for learning (PNI = 0.2765), and reporting the result (PNI = 0.2527) 2.3 The development methods that convinced assisting teachers were arranged respectively as follows: practical learning, training, and workshop. 3. The research of developing the training program of learning management for assisting teachers found that: 3.1 There were 9 elements of training program on learning management: 1) background and significance; 2) objectives; 3) targets; 4) styles and methods; 5) program’s structure; 6) contents; 7) activity guidelines; 8) techniques and tools; 9) evaluation 3.2 There were 4 contents in the program: 1) analyzing on learning standards, expected outcomes, and learning areas; 2) searching for solving and developing learners; 3) designing activities about learning management; 4) reporting the learning result. They were spent 12 hours on conducting. In the interest of sustainable learning, the provided activities should be focused on constructionism, cooperative learning, and action learning. In conclusion, the training program of learning management for assisting teachers in schools under Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization is appropriate both in contents and self-development methods. Those who were trained by this program could adopt the ideas in their teaching.
