The Relationship between Participative Management and Academic Effectiveness of School Administrators and Teachers in Thoenburin School Group under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 35

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study 1) the participative management level 2) the academic effectiveness level 3) the relationship between participative management and academic effectiveness and 4) the guidelines for developing academic effectiveness by participative management of school administrators and teachers in Thoenburin school group under the secondary educational service area office 35. The samples used in this study were 221 respondents who were categorized into two groups. The first group, comprising totally 21 school administrators. The second group, .including 200 teachers, was representative sample. The instruments for data collecting were questionnaires with reliability coefficient at .96. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The finding were as fallow : 1. The participative management level of the school administrators in overall and on all aspects were at high level. The level of academic effectiveness of the teachers in overall was at medium level. There were 3 aspects at middle level, 1 aspect at high level. 2. The academic effectiveness level of the school administrators and the teachers in overall and on all aspects were at high level. 3. The relationship between participative management and academic effectiveness both of the school administrators and the teachers were positively correlated at middle level with statically significant at .01 level. 4. The guidelines for. developing academic.effectiveness.by participative management of the school administrators and the teachers were consistent with the quantitative data.
