The Development of Student Care Administration System Model for School under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area District Office 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the current situation, problems and guidelines for student care and support administration system  for schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; 2) to develop the Student Care and Support Administration System for schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; 3) to investigate the model of student care and support administration system for schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; and 4) to evaluate the model of student care and support administration system for schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Using research and development methods (R&D). The research samples collected were schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instruments employed were the questionnaires, the semi-structured interview, focus group discussion, the report form and the verification and confirmation model form. The statistics applied in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results were as follows: 1. The overall current situation of student care and support administration system for schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level and the problems of student care and support administration system for schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were at a low level, the guidelines were that schools should systematically manage the student care and support administration system using a clear step by step process. 2.The model of The Student Care and Support Administration System for schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consisted of input, process and output. 3.The findings on the implementation of student care and support administration system model for schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were the schools applied the step of the model to manage the student care and support administration system and the efficiency was at the highest level resulting in the accuracy, propriety, feasibility and utility considered at a high level. 4. The findings of the model application revealed that 87.93 % of the schools employing the student care and support system were at a strong level and 12.07% of the schools employing the student care and support system were at a developing level and the overall satisfaction was a highest level.
