การพัฒนาระบบภาวะการมีงานทำของบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์

Abstract

               งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อพัฒนาระบบภาวะการมีงานทำของบัณฑิต 2. เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพของระบบภาวะการมีงานทำของบัณฑิต 3. เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของบัณฑิตต่อระบบภาวะการมีงานทำของบัณฑิต ระบบภาวะการมีงานทำของบัณฑิตพัฒนาในรูปแบบของเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่น โดยใช้ภาษาพีเอชพี และระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลมายเอสคิวแอล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บัณฑิตที่ตอบแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบภาวะการมีงานทำของบัณฑิต ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 278 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1. ระบบภาวะการมีงานทำของบัณฑิต 2. แบบประเมินคุณภาพของระบบภาวะการมีงานทำของบัณฑิต 3. แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของบัณฑิตต่อระบบภาวะการมีงานทำของบัณฑิต สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลการประเมินคุณภาพระบบภาวะการมีงานทำของบัณฑิตโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.50 และมีค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.51 ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของบัณฑิตที่มีต่อระบบภาวะการมีงานทำของบัณฑิต โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.31 และมีค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.72

                The objectives of this research were: 1. to develop the Graduates Employment Status System, 2. to evaluate the quality of the Graduates Employment Status System, and 3. to evaluate the satisfaction of graduates towards of the Graduates Employment Status System. The researcher developed this system as a web application based on PHP and MySQL. The sample of this research comprised 278 graduates selected by multi-stage sampling. Tools used in this research consist of 1. the Graduates Employment Status System, 2. the Quality Assessment’s Graduates Employment Status System and 3. Assessments of graduates satisfaction with the Graduates Employment Status System. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The results show the quality of the Graduates Employment Status System was on very good level, total average is 4.50, and standard deviation is 0.51. Assessment of graduates satisfaction with the Graduates Employment Status System was on good level, total average is 4.31, and standard deviation is 0.72.
