ความต้องการ Metadata Profile สำหรับอธิบายข้อมูลการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินที่พัฒนาตามมาตรฐาน มอก.19115-2548 ของผู้ใช้ข้อมูลการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน

Abstract

                การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความต้องการคำอธิบายข้อมูลระบบภูมิสารสนเทศศาสตร์ ตามมาตรฐาน มอก.19115-2548 ของผู้ใช้ข้อมูลการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินซึ่งให้บริการโดยกรมพัฒนาที่ดินจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 146 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากผู้ใช้ใน 4 สังกัดที่เคยรับบริการในปีงบประมาณ 2557 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย Kruskal-Wallis H. Test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ใช้ข้อมูลจาก 4 สังกัด ต้องการให้มีคำอธิบายข้อมูลตามมาตรฐาน ทั้ง 373 รายการ ต่างกันจำนวน 51 รายการ (ร้อยละ 13.67) โดยประเภทรายการที่บังคับให้ระบุรายละเอียดต่างกัน จำนวน 3 รายการ ส่วนรายการประเภทที่บังคับให้ระบุรายละเอียด หากมีข้อมูล จำนวน 6 รายการ โดย พบว่าค่ากลางของหน่วยงานเอกชนจะต่ำที่สุดในทุกรายการ

                This research purposes to study and compare the need of GIS metadata according to TISI.19115-2005 of the land data users serviced by the Department of Land Development from 146 samples. A questionnaire was used to collect the data from the users in 4 sectors who received the services in the fiscal year 2014. The data were analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis H.’s Test. The research findings revealed that the data users from 4 sectors needed the metadata according to the standard of 373 items –there were 51 different items (13.67 %), 3 different items which must be specified the details and 6 items which must be specified the details if available. It was found that the average of the private sectors would be the lowest in all items.
