THE POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE OPERATION IN KHONKAEN PROVINCE

Abstract

               The research aims to 1) study the Operation of The Community Enterprise 2) factors related to the Operation and 3) Processing Potential Development for Community Enterprise Operation in Khonkaen Province. Quantitative Research was conducted and data were collected from Processing Operation that evaluate by the community enterprise potential assessment, And get of 192 informants. Using questionnaires as tools in data collection and using Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and factor analysis. The study indicated ; The community enterprises had average at  high level were Product / Service Management, next in ranks were Management, Leader, Market Management, Financial system and income allocation, Knowledge management and information, and Network in orderly. A guideline for the potential development for community enterprise operation in khonkaen province were 8 factors that; 1) Management 2) Quality and Standards 3) Leadership 4) Marketing Management 5) Networking 6) Involvement of Members 7) Finance /accounting And 8) Knowledge Management.
