The purposes of this research were 1) to develop learning management using technology process on cooking topic and 2) to examine the result in terms of knowledge, skills and desirable characteristics of grade 6 students (Room F2/1 and F2/2) of KhonKaen University Demonstration School. This research was an action research which divided into 3 cycles. The instrument was the 5 lesson plans using technology process on cooking topic. In the 5 lesson plans comprised of: 1) work sheet, 2) drill, 3) cooking skills evaluation form, 4) desirable characteristics evaluation form, and 5) learning management record form. The data was analyzed by mean and content analysis. The result of the research showed that learning management using technology process on cooking topic interested students to learn. Students followed the steps of all 7technology processes correctly along with the experience of the students. It allowed students to work step by step, systematically. In addition, students did cook themselves. Students had cooking knowledge, cooking skills and the students’ desirable characteristics with an average score of over 75 percent which passed the specified criteria.
