LEADERSHIP OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS OF KHON KAEN PROVINCE

Abstract
This research aims to study the behavior that reflects the leadership of elementary school principals and to compare behavior by gender, work experience, and levels of education. The survey methodology was used, gathering data from a sample of the population who are public elementary school principals in Khon Kaen province equal to 255 people.
The results showed that: 1) the School Administrators had leadership as a whole at the high level. 2) male and female school administrators equally exhibited behavior that reflects the leadership, School administrators with different work experiences have different levels of leadership. And school administrators with different educational levels had no different leadership levels.
