DEVELOPMENT MODEL CREATING OF ACADEMIC POTENTIAL OF LEARNERS IN NON-FORMAL AND INFORMAL EDUCATION PHU WIANG DISTRICT CENTER, KHON KAEN PROVINCE

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1. To study and analyze teaching and learning problems of the Center for Non-formal Education and Informal Education, Phu Wiang District. 2. To create a model for developing academic potential of non-formal and informal education center learners in Phu Wiang District. 3. To examine the validity of the model for developing academic potential of non-formal education center learners. and study at the leisure of Phu Wiang District. It is a qualitative research. public hearings by 44 informants.
The results 1. The results of the study and analysis of teaching and learning problems of the Center for Non-Formal Education and Informal Education in Phu Wiang District found that 1. Problems caused by teachers in terms of the potential of Teacher 2. The problem of learners having relatively low learning achievement. 3. There are still few problems in media and learning resources in educational institutions. 4. Cooperation with communities.
- The results of creating a model for developing academic potential of learners at the Center for Non-formal Education and Informal Education, Phu Wiang District. Khon Kaen It is very straightforward and appropriate, consisting of 4 aspects: 1. Development of learning process, 2. Systematic teacher development, 3. Development of media and learning resources, and 4. Education. Strengthen cooperation with the community in education management.
- The results of checking the validity of the academic potential development model of non-formal and informal education center learners in Phu Wiang District found that the academic potential development model of non-formal education center learners and informal education in Phu Wiang District is direct and very suitable for developing students' academic potential.
