Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to identify efficiency 2) to compare pre-study and post-study achievement 3) to study student satisfaction by using KWL-Plus learning with a local content supplementary book in Sukhothai for grade 11 students in Covid 19 epidemic situation. It is an experimental research. The statistics used in the data analysis were process efficiency (E1), overall efficiency (E2), mean, standard deviation, T-test statistics, Significance level, Frequency, Percentage, Standard Deviation and Effectiveness Index.


The research results were shown as follows:


  1. The results of finding the efficiency of the KWL-Plus learning with a local content supplementary book in Sukhothai to improve English reading comprehension for grade 11 students in Covid 19 epidemic situation, it was found that (E1=91.74) and (E2=81.39) and after learning using innovation Students' scores increased by 70.95%.

  2. Comparison of pre-test and post-test achievement of English reading comprehension by using KWL-Plus learning with a local content supplementary book in Sukhothai. It was found that the students' scores after examinations were significantly higher than before at the .05 level.

  3. Result of students' satisfaction Assessment to develop English reading comprehension by using the KWL-Plus learning with a local content supplementary book in Sukhothai. It was found that overall, the satisfaction level was at the highest level, which was the measurement and evaluation aspect. The mean level of satisfaction was high.
