The problems of the course in terms of quality management and productivity improvement revealed that students' attentions were less and they were bored because the teacher mainly focused on lecturing and case studies. Thus, the aim of this study was on the results through project-based learning together with Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD) learning activities having an effect on students' learning as well as their satisfaction. The sampling group was 19 students enrolling in the “Quality Management and Product Improvement” class whereas the research instrument consisted of: (1) a learning plan based on the Project-based learning with STAD learning activities; (2) an assessment test on learning achievement; and (3) a questionnaire on satisfaction. The data analytical statistics included mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and one-way ANCOVA. The findings reveal the following:
1. The students’ learning achievement, after attending the project-based learning with STAD learning activities, is higher than the pretest at a significant level of 0.05
2. The students were satisfied learning by the project-based learning with STAD learning activities at a high level.
