บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการทำงานก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน ในรายวิชาพื้นฐานการงานอาชีพ เรื่องขนมไทย และ 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน ในรายวิชาพื้นฐานการงานอาชีพ เรื่องขนมไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 ของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นแห่งหนึ่ง ในจังหวัดกระบี่ จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน มีจำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน รายวิชาพื้นฐานการงานอาชีพ เรื่องขนมไทย ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จำนวน 6 แผน 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน รายวิชาพื้นฐานการงานอาชีพ เรื่องขนมไทย จำนวน 20 ข้อ 3) แบบประเมินทักษะการทำงาน จำนวน 15 ข้อ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คะแนนการประเมินทักษะการทำงานหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ทั้งจากการประเมินโดยผู้สอน การประเมินโดยเพื่อนในกลุ่มตนเอง และการประเมินโดยเพื่อนต่างกลุ่มในห้องเรียน สูงกว่าก่อนการจัดการเรียนรู้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 มีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลจากการประเมินโดยผู้สอน การประเมินโดยเพื่อนในกลุ่มตนเอง และการประเมินโดยเพื่อนต่างกลุ่มในห้องเรียน เท่ากับ 0.72, 0.70 และ 0.72 ตามลำดับ หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 72, 70 และ 72 ตามลำดับ 2) คะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 สูงกว่าก่อนการจัดการเรียนรู้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 มีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลเท่ากับ 0.46 หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 46
